Growing up my favorite part of Christmas was gifts! I was a typical girly girl so I preferred Bratz Dolls, Dollhouses, & Barbie cars. Then this beautiful thing called Adulthood happened, and my idea of a gift today is REST! But, I refuse to let adulthood steal the fun, there are still some things I cherish about the holiday season.

Christmas is right in the beginning of the Winter season. Can you say perfect! Winter has some of the BEST fashions! Velvet Thigh High Boots, Suede Trench Coats, & Faux Fur! Every Holiday event you attend calls for a trendy seasonal ensemble. It’s the fashions for me!
FLAVOR FLAV!
Speaking of the winter season, Christmas time always brings out certain flavors, scents, & candies! Candy canes, Peppermint Mocha, Egg Nog, Cranberries, Winter Forest, & Gingerbread scents. Studies say our Taste & Smell are connected to our memories and all of the Christmas scents and flavors give me a warm, inviting , & refreshing sensation.

Christmas has its very own sound. How much more of a boss holiday can you be? No other holiday can say that besides the birthday song ( I know a birthday is not a holiday, but others would disagree) I love Christmas music, it’s one of those things I can enjoy during any season.
DECOR!
If I was to rank the seasons by decorations, Christmas would outrank all of them. You know why, because everyone participates in decorating their home for Christmas. I could be wrong, but my street stays lit!
