I LOVE Being A Church Girl

“First giving honor to God, who is the head of my life! I’m glad to be in the house of the Lord one mo’ time”

It’s not just a rehearsed saying, it’s a lifestyle. I was born and raised in the church, specifically the C.O.G.I.C. church, also known as the Church of God in Christ.

I love church and all the compartments of church. Sunday School, Youth ministry all the community events; its why I am proud to be a church girl today!

Attending church at an early age helped to create the passion I have for church. Church changed my life! It’s the place where I learned to live a life for Christ. It’s the place where I understood my purpose & God’s will for my life, it’s where I learned how to pray, read the word, and be a witness to others!

I’m proud to be a church girl because I know the impact church has had on me, as you can tell from my past blogs I love JESUS! And being able to express my love for Him with no shame, just freedom, with others that feel the same, is my kind of place!
